It works like a non-default skin but affects the face only.

* I don’t use HQ mod (compatible with HQ settings)
* This facemask fits perfectly with skin_female made by me. You will find in Recommended Tab. It probably fits with anothers female skintones made by other creators but I can’t guarantee of shades compatibility.
