This is a modern Studio Apartment for 2+ Sims. There are no closed rooms in this Apartment it’s like a Loft. It contains 1 Kitchen, 1 Bedroom with a bathroom en suite and I decided not to build a typical living room, so there is just a small hangout area with a tv. And last but not least an additional room that you can use for your own purpose: a career room, gaming room or even a men cave 🙂 I furnished it completely modern and I tried not to use as much clutter as usually *giggles*.
