Sims 4 Lake House

What is special with this house ? That it is on the water ! Lake house has 2 floors. On the first floor you can find small livingroom and kitchen with some staff for pets. On the second is one beautiful bedroom with little cozy library and table with laptop. Small but practical bathroom.
