Garance

Garance is a neighbourhood consisting of 4 houses built around a central square.

On a lot of only 40×30, several families of Sims will be able to live together in a decor that wants to be provencal. One of the houses has a bar with a terrace that could very well become a meeting place for your Sims. Two of the houses have a swimming pool.

I deliberately left an empty room in one of the houses for you to adapt to your needs. I’ll probably open it up and turn it into an artist’s studio, but you could turn it into a kid’s room. It’s up to you.
