As usual please make sure you have bb.moveobjects on BEFORE placing the lot, otherwise you may have missing objects!
This home does contain custom content. As for all homes that contain custom content, in order for them to show up in your gallery in Sims 4 – You need to make sure the “Contains Custom Content” box is checked under the “Advanced” option on the left, while in your gallery.

Not all of these are required for this home to work, it’s just what I have installed, and when building I don’t keep track of what each individual item comes from, it’s just recommended just in case.
