Criminal can Swipe

This mod enables the Swipe interaction for sims who work in the criminal career. It will available from level 1 (from the moment you join the career).

Differences between a criminal’s swipe interaction and a kleptomaniac’s:

• you can steal anything, regardless of the value and your sim’s mischief skill (kleptomaniacs have to improve their mischief skill to swipe objects with higher value)
• criminals can’t return stolen objects
• criminals won’t swipe objects autonomously

Everything else remains the same, e.g.:

• cooldown period (your sim have to wait before stealing again)
• chance of being caught while swiping

It won’t be compatible with any other mod that alters the swipe interaction.
