These are NOT makeup or overlay, they modify the original texture of the lips for all your female sims YA to E.
I spent a lot (LOT) of time finding every single file that replaced every single lips, so if you want to use this as a base for your own default lips, feel free to do it.
I only ask a link back to this download or to my tumblr. It’s silly not to take advantage, but give credit were it’s due… 😉
