The Sims 4 Under the Sea

Under the Sea is my most ambitious build yet. A fully landscaped, 7 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom behemoth of a lot that gives you the impression that you are living underwater with it’s terraced pools going from roof-top to ground level.
1st Floor Features: Entryway which features a cascading waterfall. Combined Dining, Kitchen and Living Area with toilet to the front right of the entryway. Entertainers area with bar, piano and microphone with seating for each to the front left. Back left features a study/gaming room, a separate living room, bathroom and the 1st of 7 bedrooms. Back right has a painter’s sanctuary with plenty of lighting just waiting for your sims masterpieces, and a gym rounds out the 1st floor.
2nd Floor Features: 2 guest bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the waterfall. 2 more bedrooms including a teenagers room with 2 single beds, also with a balcony looking out over the waterfall. 3 bathrooms, 2 hallways with various seating and access to that tier’s pool.
3rd Floor Features: Master bedroom with en-suite, a railed walkway leads out to a balcony that looks out to the marina. Kids room with bathroom, a living area with a bar, a massive TV and and a half-bathroom.
Roof Features: Roof-top bar and pool. Barbecue and internal seating.

Creator Notes
I have the Digital Deluxe Edition, Outdoor Retreat and the latest patch installed.
Download the lot, unzip the files, copy and paste all contents into your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
The Move Objects Cheat was used to create this lot. Before you place the lot in your game, enable this cheat first and ensure you are placing the lot in Build Mode and not Manage World.
This build is very intense due to the number of water emitters used. If you are running an older computer like myself you may need to drop your graphics to place the lot, I dropped mine to medium and it placed fine. There isn’t as much clutter as I would like to add, due to my build-mode lagging from the water emitters. Feel free to add your own clutter if you find it lacking in places.
A lot of time went in to this build. Please do not make any changes and claim as your own. Feel free to replace the base game items with custom content, but please give me the appropriate credit and link back any screenshots to here.
