A post-apocalyptic shelter that offers solace after a catastrophic event. This lot is suitable for a group of sims looking for survival necessities, fortification, and an opportunity to rebuild. Lot includes: woodworking tables, gardening pots, fishing pond, wash basin/clothesline, barbecue, campfire/bonfire, punching bag, recreational activities, underground storage room. This lot also contains a few unfurnished areas to give a sim household room to grow and recruit other potential survivors.
