This beautiful Mediterranean home offers style and convenience for your growing Sim family. Enter through a lovely little courtyard into a wide central hallway, which includes a small music area with a grand piano. To the left of the hall are the kitchen, formal dining room, and living room. To the right are the study, powder room, and master bedroom with ensuite bath. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and two more full baths. Two lovely balconies oferlook the front courtyard and the backyard pool and patio, which offers an outdoor seating area with fireplace and a dining area with BBQ grill. In the basement, there is a large family room, with plenty of seating, a bar, and room for dancing. A home gym, full bath, art studio, and work/storage room complete the basement area. If needed, the gym, art studio, and work/storage room can be converted to additional bedrooms as your family grows.

Creator Notes

This house was built for Sims 4 on the 40×30 Arid Ridge lot in Oasis Springs. I have the Deluxe Edition, with Up All Night, Life of the Party, and Holiday Celebration content; the Get to Work expansion pack; Perfect Patio stuff pack; and, Outdoor Retreat and Spa Day game packs. My game is patched through 1.10.57.1020.

You must install the custom content shown below prior to installing this lot if you want the lot to look as pictured. I have used the bb.moveobjects on cheat to place objects. To ensure objects remain in place, make sure the moveobjects cheat is on before placing the lot. In addition, I have re-sized a few items. To keep the items from reverting to their normal size, you must install the lot from the Build/Buy mode rather than the map mode, as follows: Click on a 40×30 lot. If the lot is vacant, enter Build/Buy mode, open your library, and place this lot. If there is a house on the lot you have chosen, click on the lot, evict the family if occupied, enter Build/Buy Mode, bulldoze the existing house, then open your library and place this lot.

If you do not see this lot in your library, click on Advanced (left side of screen), and make sure both Include Unowned Content and Include Custom Content are checked.
