Nice, well-built and simply decorated house for your generational sims families! You can play up to 8 sims in this house. It has 6 bedrooms, (1 small nursery, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds) 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with dining area, and a study nook. Two of the bedrooms have small balconies. Backyard has a woodworking table, an outdoor dining area and a small pool.

Creator Notes

I especially did not use lots of decor items and kept it simple as possible as I could. So it is kind of a blank canvas for you to decorate considering your sims’ taste, but it has all of your sims’ necessities.

Only installed and used basegame.
Optional place for the lot is ” Beech Byway ” in Newcrest.
No custom content used.
