Creator Notes

This house was built for Sims 4. I have the Deluxe Edition with Up all Night and Life of the Party content. My game is patched through 1.0.728.0. No CC was used.

This lot was built on a 40×30 lot at Cacti Casa in Oasis Springs. It will fit on any 40×30 lot but might not be oriented correctly. You can re-position the house using the move house tool but this will not move the landscaping or other outdoor objects, which you will have to redo.
