Sims 4 Modern Ground floor – NB1392

Modern Ground floor is a large house for 5 person family. It is spacious and cozy.
Layout of the rooms: hall, kitchen with living room and dining room, small study, kids room and toddlers room (for two rascals), two bathrooms, bedroom with wardrobe. At the back of the house is a small terrace with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a barbecue.
The house is nicely furnished, makes Sims feel good and comfortable in it.
