Transfer your elderly sims here, where they can engage in activities such as painting, gardening and enjoying their retirement.

The building has 2 single rooms and 2 double rooms, plus a room for the nurse; a dining room; relaxation room and a room where you can dedicate yourself to various activities. But above all there is an internal courtyard where you can enjoy the change of seasons.
