This cottage style Sim home is set above a giant fountain filled with water spouts and lilies, and lined with a beautiful fence and garden flowers. On the ground floor you can find a terrace and garden, both connected by the entree path. After going up the stairs to the second level, you will find the first floor of the living areas, all of which have stairs that lead up to the third floor living areas. Each of the third floor living areas is connected to another by an exterior catwalk path which also serves as a bridge between the rooftop terraces above each of the four areas. Two flights of stairs give you access to the terraces above, so your sims can enjoy a BBQ under the stars or perhaps a rooftop party. Just bring the food and music and your sim friends are sure to enjoy.
