Khamsin is an earth-toned family residence for hot, dry climates . . . such as Oasis Springs. It has 5 bedrooms, 4-1/2 bathrooms and is constructed of local materials. It has a covered-arch breezeway on all sides, to assist in keeping the interior cool in summer and warmer when the cold winds come visiting. Comfortable seating is available on all sides, so there will always be a sheltered spot for simply relaxing. The very large ‘keyhole’ swimming pool , with it’s tiled surrounds and modern outdoor meal area, is sure to be well patronised.. Interior flooring is also tile, with rugs for foot comfort.
On the ground floor: small entry hall, large living room, kitchen with informal dining, separate diningroom, powderroom.
On the top floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite baths, 1 twin single bedroom, also with ensuite and 2 single bedrooms which share a bathroom. There is also an art studio catering to both adult and young artists, a well-equipped gym, a playroom for children and an office/study with well-stocked bookshelves.
Khamsin was constructed on the 40×30 Lot in the lower right corner of Oasis Springs.
Creator Notes
Khamsin is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] . My game is fully patched, but there are no EPs or packs installed.
