The Irving Estate belonged to a wealthy aristocratic family from Britain. When that family moved across the ocean, this house became abandoned and locked from curious eyes. If your sims are rich and don’t know what to do with all of the money, then move into a new house! Let that estate become your new home and enjoy!
This house includes a master bedroom, two small bedrooms, living room, study room, kitchen and dining area, few bathrooms, an attic and a beautiful backyard with a fountain and BBQ area. Also, there is a small cozy roof area, where your sims can have a party with their new neighbors!
