A very beautiful apartment perfect for a single sim or a couple.
This historical home has two floors, a small balcony and a backyard where your sims can enjoy the nature or plant some vegetables or herbs.
On the main floor is the living room and a small but pretty bathroom. On the first floor is a big kitchen with dining table and a cozy corner for relaxing.
On the second floor is a bedroom from where your sims can get to the balcony and watching the sun going down.
Everything is fully furnished and decorated.
