Bring the complete world of Friends to The Sims 4 with this fully playable recreation of the iconic apartment building.
This build includes faithfully recreated apartments for Monica, Joey and Chandler, Ross, and Phoebe, along with a fully designed New York-inspired ground floor featuring Central Perk, a Flowers, Books and Coffee Shop, Beauty Salon, Gym, Laundry Room, and a residential lobby.
The shared rooftop offers a jacuzzi, BBQ area, and lounge space where all residents can gather.
The lot can be played in two different ways:
– Residential Rental – each apartment can house a different family or your recreated Friends characters.
– Residential + Small Business – convert the lot into a residential home and manage the businesses on the ground floor while living upstairs.
CC Build (99 percent No CC) – only a handful of decorative CC items were used to recreate a few iconic details from the show. The entire build itself was created almost exclusively with in-game content.
