Cozy cottage is for 4 person family. Rooms on the ground floor: hall, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry. From the dining room we can go out to the tiny porch and to the terrace with grill, below the pool.
1st floor: bathroom, children’s room, bedroom and room for teenagers.

It is a place where sims will feel good and familiar.
The house gives the impression of cozy both outside and inside.
