Former lot name is Tranquil Crescent in Newcrest though it’s not necessary to place it exactly on this lot.

*Excuse the roof, i wanted to keep it as close as possible to the way the tulous in real life have them but since The Sims can’t make round rooms or the roof in certain ways, i did it like this. I know there are round decks, i actually used them to make the green patch in the middle of the tulou. I hope you aren’t as disturbed by this atrocity of it as i am.*
