Today we come to you with another wonderful family home nestled in the quiet, quaint community of Willow Creek. The Cedars is another lovely family home with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The living room is spacious and the eat-in kitchen has plenty of counter space to work on for all you gourmet cooks out there! The back yard is huge and very close to the community garden and a nice fishing hole. As a house warming gift, we have included a grill and a picnic table for those sunny summer days when a barbecue is the best thing to do. The best thing about this property is that it’s very cheap, right around 19,500 simoleans.
Like ‘The Rockport’, this house is based off of a real house plan from 1951. As usual, you may wish to download Plasticbox’s ‘Electronics Anywhere’ if you don’t already have it. The links to both will be in the notes box. As before, this house is placed on the Daisy Hovel lot over in Willow Creek. The second bedroom has been left unfurnished to minimize the cost of the house and I have used some of the ambient lighting from debug mode because, hey, who doesn’t like free stuff?
