Small home for a beginning couple or bachelor sim. The design is simple modern covered in blue colors. Tried to make the lot as minimum as possible to keep the cost of the lot low to make it affordable for a single sim. There are two stories with a living room, open kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor and a sizeable bedroom on the 2nd floor.
