Great Bear (altitude 4,012 feet/1,223 metres) was established in 1880 on the banks of the Lazy Elk River, near the US/Canadian border. Over the years, it`s location made it a popular town for hikers and walkers keen to explore it`s surrounding mountains and forested wilderness. The Buck Falls area was designated a National Forest Park in 1974 and remains a popular recreation area with locals and tourists alike.

This is by far my FAVORITE world to play in, it’s got everything I could want to have things for my sims to do. It’s got bars, space for the showtime lots, mostly wonderfully made houses (some are just misses for how they’re laid out, the exteriors are still gorgeous), lots of space for families to grow into for legacies, and it’s just a beautiful city all around from how it’s designed. It’s just the perfect world. The only downsides there could be is that you have to make seasonal lots yourself, It’s not populated at first so sorta dead until more sims spawn, and depending on your computer you may have a long wait time to get in if you aren’t on a more updated gaming set up. The first two are more nit picks than anything though, with the last one slowly fazing out as more all in ones get better at handling older games.
Again, this world is just amazing and one I would consider a “must have” for any installation of the sims 3. It’s just that good.
