I wanted more birthmarks for toddlers and I decided to make it available for the other ages too

If you download this, you’ll get the natural and unnatural swatches. They can be found in skin details, near the freckles. It isn’t hard to find, although it does not have a custom thumbnail. Random townies will not spawn with this birthmark.
