On the first floor are 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom and a nursery) and a second bathroom. On the 3rd floor is the 3rd bedroom. The garden provides a large pool, a bar and a BBQ area. I used some custom content, some objects of the Outdoor Retreat pack as well as the cheat unlocking the gameplay rewards it this lot, so you may have to set your game as follows to see the house appear in your game : Go in My Library, at the bottom of the left columns check “Advanced”, then check “Allow unowned objects” and “Allow custom content”.
