Sims 4 Tiny House – Seaside Solitude

This lovely tiny house is a mix of rustic and modern. It is build in Windenburg, on the ony 20X20 lot an the island, making this home very peaceful and surounded by nature. Nearby is a campfire located on the beach and a fishing spot.
This house is fully equiped with 1 bedroom for 2 sims, a bathroom (it’s a little bit crowded, but i managed to fit the laundry machines), a livingroom and a kitchen. Outside, you have a tiny garden, some skill-building items and a second floor gazebo perfect for a grill party. It also has a dining table for 8 sims, so you can call all of your friends. Lastly in the back of the house, you have a pool. If you really want, i think you can find a spot for a computer. and you can a build a basement. Otherwise, i don,t really see can you expend the house.
