My Sim self Freddie wanted a place totally designed to her needs. Being a painter and a musician she needed a studio as well as a home stage to entertain her guests on occasional soirees. The main attraction in Freddie’s house IS the main attraction, which is Freddie’s passion for playing music. For this I made an extra large living room, not only to house the stage but to accommodate numerous. What use is a stage without an adoring audience, after all? Reminiscent of that solid feeling one gets when seeing the International architecture style of the Roaring Twenties and the Art Deco era, she has named it The Vault. One gets a very safe feeling living here.

This particular lot contains a few objects created by TSR Artists. I also used the Moveobjects on Mod, which you can find here: http://www.reddit.com/r/sims4Cheats/wiki/customcheats (scroll down to find the MOO mod and read the how to. If you do not have this mod installed, some items may not show up or are in your family inventory box. Make sure you enable Script Mods, then restart your game and place the lot.
Also, to have everything show up in game you can download the Unlock all Build/Buy content mod , which is also on the same site as the MOO mod here: http://www.reddit.com/r/sims4Cheats/wiki/customcheats
It was built in Oasis Springs, top left neighborhood on the empty plot of land. No need to bulldoze any lots this time 🙂
