The Sims 4 Slipshod Mesquite

That trailer lot was an eyesore!, the new Sim owner of the lot known as Slipshod Mesquite in Oasis Springs said. It brought down property values in the neighborhood. I wanted a home that completely changed the look and feel of where we lived, not just for us, but everyone around us as well. This imposing desert home appears to meet that criteria. Skylights dominate the upper level, giving an open, light and airy look, allowing the outside in. On the top third floor, two bedrooms, themselves with said skylights, are joined by a large hallway that has an opening that reaches all the way down to the first floor. There are game activities your Sim can participate in. A full bath with a mini skylight completes the ensemble. The second floor has two more bedrooms, with a full bath, and a piano open area. The first floor has a HUGE kitchen, dining room, sunken living room, and full bath, as well as a very nice pool area, along with two bars, one on the inside, and one on the outside. The basement has a laundry room, gym, private sauna, message room, and a full bath. All levels of the upper floors are connected by stairs on the outside, so there’s plenty of areas your Sims can access. Finally, despite replacing the old trailer lot, the new owner liked the name, so he kept it for the new home. Please check my notes to get the CC items and other important information. Enjoy!
