Classicly designed New England Beach House. This build was inspired by an actual home my company worked on in Greenwich, CT. It is highly recommended that this house is placed on The Lighthouse lot in Windenburg. Placing it elsewhere would look odd as the house would not be oriented on the lot correctly. Besides its a beach house 😉 It should be built on the water. The home features three spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen, Large dining room, Living room with fireplace and large Game room/music room. Light and airy with lots of windows and french doors to take advantage of the views. Pool and patio area designed with entertainment in mind.Because of the limitations of the roofing system in the game you may see some areas where the roof might poke through the walls. I tried to limit this as much as possible but in some areas it was unavoidable.
A small amount of Custom content was used. Mostly because I couldn’t find windows that worked with what I was designing and also the siding in the game is very limited. Links to custom content can be found in the notes section.
