Modern House with Boho-Rustic Interior

Beautiful house with a modern exterior and boho-rustic interior. Outside there is a pool with sundeck and a platform with barbecue and counter island. Inside there is an open floorplan, with a cozy living room on the left, dining area in the middle and kitchen on the right. In the back there is a small bathroom and the staircase. Upstairs there is one bedroom with double bed, a spacious bathroom, a study and two balconies. This lot is suitable for up to two Sims.

I built this house originally on the Cacti Casa lot in Brindleton Bay.
