Sims 4 Marly Residence

It is a small apartment complex, inspired by the much better known Merlose Place.
They are present as common areas: laundry, gym, swimming pool and the relaxation area in the courtyard.
The house is meant to be built in De Sol Valley. This is my first creation that I share!
