With its stately columns and classic architecture, this beautifully decorated, traditional Southern home radiates charm and elegance. Built in the 1800s, Leesburg has been updated to offer the comfort and convenience desired today but still remains true to the classic feel of its original, Greek revival design. You really must see this unusually spacious home!! With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 5 fireplaces and a pool, this gorgeous home is perfect for you and your family!

Beautiful columns adorn porches at the front and back entrances to the house. On the first floor, double doors open into a wide center hall with its grand staircase. To the right is the large open plan kitchen and dining area with a fireplace. An octagonal alcove on the far side of the room provides a comfy seating area for tea time or entertaining guests while you are cooking. On the left of the center hall is the spacious living room, with another fireplace. Seating areas are arranged for TV viewing or reading, and a small office area occupies the octagonal alcove on the far side of this room. A convenient powder room is tucked in behind the staircase. And, at the back of the house, a larger octagonal room with another fireplace serves as the music room, and opens onto the back porch and garden.

On the second floor, the center hall has a study/reading area and staircase to the attic. Double doors open onto a balcony atop the front porch. To the left of the hall is a huge master suite with another fireplace and a spacious ensuite bath. On the other side of the hall are two additional bedrooms for your children with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
At present, the open plan attic provides an exercise area, creative/craft area, a play area for the children, and another full bathroom. If you are planning to expand your family, the attic offers sufficient room for one or two additional bedrooms.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and still retain features of the original formal gardens. A grand boxwood maze leads to a quiet sculpture garden. A beautiful swimming pool has been added recently.

Creator Notes

This house was built for Sims 4 on the 50X50 Oakenstead lot in Willow Creek. I have the Deluxe Edition with Up all Night and Life of the Party content. My game is patched through 1.2.16.10.

You must install the custom content shown below prior to installing this lot if you want the lot to look as pictured. In addition, I have re-sized a few items. To keep the items from reverting to their normal size, you must install the lot as follows: Click on a 50×50 lot. If the lot is vacant, enter Build/Buy mode, open your library, and place this lot. If there is a house on the lot you have chosen, click on the lot, evict the family if occupied, enter Build/Buy Mode, bulldoze the existing house, then open your library and place this lot.
