The Sims 4 Glass Fortress

Fully Furnished Residential Lot (30×20) designed by Hasthepsut2

Available at The Sims Resource

Unfortunately, this house is not placed in San Myshuno, but in Winderburg, although I hope it’s enough for your sims to feel the city character 😉 This tenement house is designed for a single or a couple and contains one bedroom (on an entresol), two bathrooms, gym, balcony and public-like garden. It will enchant you with its pure, black and white or black and ecru design, in some places with subtle brick accent, which gives it a modern industrial look. But instead of being cool due to all these icy colours, the building interiors are as warm as hot chocolate in a frosty day 🙂
Enjoy and happy simming!

Creator Notes

I wish I could release this house earlier, but I had had some problems with the Internet; finally I managed to fix it so I could (at last) publish my new creation. Sorry for this!
All the objects were placed with moveobjects cheat.
The lot was fully tested, everything works properly.
