Casa del Sol is a charming, four bedroom, two bathroom adobe residence, fully furnished and decorated.
There is a lovely cactus garden in the back yard with a water feature, seating and umbrellas for shade. There is a pathway and the property is fully fenced.
ON the first floor you will find the large living room, with tv, chess table, music system, a generous kitchen with modern conveniences, a formal dining room. From here you can also access a covered barbeque area and a pretty sun room featuring arched windows to allow the feeling of being outside but still be under cover.
Up the stairs in the living room and you come to the sleeping quarters. Here you will find two double bedrooms, one with a small sitting room area, a single bedroom with a study corner, and a bathroom. There is access to three outdoor balconies on this level. One with gym equipment, the others with seating and an easel and a game.
Up the stairs on this floor and you come to the spacious master bedroom suite. Included is a dressing room big enough for him and her, a lovely bathroom and a sitting room with a television, seating and access to a private balcony.
