Experience extravagance inside Casa de Balcones. This two story mansion has an elegant curb appeal and many lavish rooms on the inside. It gets it’s name from the many balconies that adorn it’s exterior.
As soon as you walk into this home, you enter a large, two-story entryway with marble floors and two staircases leading up to an open hallway above. This hallway overlooks the great room. Beyond the entryway is a large, decorated hallway that leads throughout the first story. Smaller rooms on the first floor include a music room with sitting area and fireplace, exercise room, and two bathrooms. The more important rooms include: a den with bar, the great room, a trendy and sophisticated eat-in kitchen, and an ornate dinging room.
Upstairs you’ll find many addition rooms. To the left off of the main hallway there is a playroom with two attached bedrooms for children and their own bathroom, a large adult bedroom with close access to a large "public" bathroom. At the end of this hallway you’ll find one of the 4 large balconies this house offers. At the other end of the hallway you’ll find a "hobby room" dedicated to science, art, and gardening. This room has a balcony. Across the hall, is the extravagant master bedroom. The master bedroom has it’s own balcony, sitting nook, and a small nursery attached. There is also a master bathroom with it’s own private balcony attached to the master suite.
In the backyard, there are fountains, benches, trees, and a place to have dinners on beautiful summer days inside a secluded fenced yard.
