Welcome to Bayside Luxury Town Homes where any sim that’s somebody lives! If you complete legacy challenges, write stories or want a beautiful lot for machinima, this is the perfect lot.
There are two buildings with three town homes each. Each town home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are very spacious! Each building has one beautifully decorated town home. The other two townhomes in the building aren’t decorated but has the bathrooms and kitchens installed. Those homes have a neutral pallet. Only building B has an extra storage room on lower level.
There is a community mail center. (decor only) We also have an onsite leasing office. The community also has a park for the kids and adults. There is a pool with kiddie splash area. The home was built on Twin Oracle Point in Newcrest. That lot is the perfect because of the adjoining pirate ship play area plus it looks out on the bay! Poor sims or sims with bad credit no need to apply!

I have all expansions, stuff and game packs installed. There were items used from each pack! Please place activate MOO and show hidden objects first and then place from build mode. Please don’t re-upload and claim as your own. There is no CC!
