All of my shops are fully functional, stocked with goods, which have already set prices.
Just put a shop on the selected parcel and send a sim on the market.
In the store, your sim can buy any food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For gourmands shop delicious desserts prepared, cakes and pies.
Before the store can sit back and order something quickly.
And in the garden of your sim will buy seedlings of herbs, vegetables and fruits. Have a drink or fruit and vegetable juice.
The house is tested, ready to play.
No used CC.
Creator Notes
I have addition – Get to Work.
You must have last game patch to play this house.
To install this house into your game:
– download the house
– unzip files
– copy all 8 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([…]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
– I use “bb.moveobjects” code, so make sure that the fate install properly.
After entering the game, open the console bar , and enter the code: bb.moveobjects, then go to the plot, on of which you bet the house.
Only now you can download the house with your library in the Gallery.
Do not load the lot directly from the Gallery in your area when you are in Manage Worlds (map) because objects may disappear MOOD.
I used the cheat unlocking the career rewards.
