This great modern building is a workplace for our Sims. In the game this building is a library, but for anyone who wishes can be anything, as for example an office building. Indeed it is designed for that. It works as a library, but it can give you another use.
This lot is the latest in a series of five contiguous lots. To see the effect of the five lots must place one beside the other, all located in Newcrest. Thus there is a feeling of continuity.
This building has the following facilities:
In the entrance floor there is a spacious main hall, rest area, an area for refreshments and public toilets.
On the first floor is the first office area, reception, meeting room etc.
On the second floor you will find a spacious hall and the second office area. Main office with boardroom. Toilets and rest area for staff.
In the third and final floor is the office of the boss. A huge very luxurious office, a meeting area and many more things to discover!
(One more thing: We do not have elevators, but I left a space for it. I put fitted wardrobes in his post, so the space elevator is not empty!)
