Wanna grab a snack somewhere? The best place to do it just opened in Winderburg, in the place of the Haresquare park! Cosy, but modern interiors, wonderful views (e.g. of the small cherry orchard behind the window) and beautiful smell of fresh baked muffins will accompany you in your delicious culinary journey. However, something is missing, for my taste… A good book, of course! There is a bookstore and some nice coaches on the second floor, to complete the perfect picture of relax 🙂

Every single object in this lot is fully upgraded, so the neons won’t break down so often. Regard it as my Christmas gift for you 🙂
If you want, you can easily turn it into a coffe shop or a restaurant. I’ve tested it also for running a business and everything is fine, so go on and open your own!
All the objects were placed with moveobjects cheat.
The lot was fully tested, everything works properly.
