The Sims 4 MOD: Sleepiness Is Not Uncomfortable
This is very similar to Nies’ Low Fun Is Boring override. I’m not sure why the defeault mood for Tired and Exhausted is “Uncomfortable”. Personally, if I’m on the verge of passing out, I get all out o it and can’t concentrate! Which is basically the Dazed moodlet. Sims that hit that point in their Energy Motive will become Dazed, which means that any skill they try to earn will be earned at a slower pace.
Not to mention that the Mood Whims are exclusively sleep-based. And that the idle animation is the Sim trying to keep their eyes open. It’s perfect!
