• Built for Cats & Dogs update
• Two new buffs:
  1. “Feeling lucky”: Confident[/I] +2 IF the sim is happy, or IF the sim is confident, or IF the sim earned a promotion recently
  2. “Is this contagious?”: Confident for being near a lucky sim feeling lucky
• All careers (base+packs) will improve at 1.5x speed
• Lucky sims are naturally better at some skills!
