If you have problems extracting the download file, use 7-Zip or WinRAR. These two should work with extracting it.
I always get irritated when my sim on the emotions UI picture smiles when the Fine moodlet isn’t a positive emotion. It’s not even a negative emotion. Since no one has done this before, I decided that I wanted to change the Sim Picture UI, so that my sim feels neutral on both the gameplay and the emotion UI picture. This mod replaces the Sim Picture UI on the Fine moodlet to make it non-smiling. I hope you guys like it.
