I’m so sick of EA breaking something on every updates and I usually create my own mods. I’ve uploaded this here(MTS) because I saw many people annoyed by this.

Even if you turn off “NPC Voting”, EA automatically select random NAP rule to the community.
I’ve thought zero votes(no player voting) does abusolute nothing, but they(EA) insisted it.
We don’t want that!!!!
So, what this mod do?
This mod just disable harmful traits and actions related to NAP. This mod does not disable “repeal” action.
If the EA god pick some NAP rule, your sims won’t obey(do) it because it’s disabled
Just keep this mod until EA(god) do this(fix by update) right.
