Sims 4 Anto – Mermaid tail fix for CC skins

This file fixes an issue with Maxis mermaid tails showing below custom skins.
It will make the tail swatches appear as if they were CC but this mod doesn’t include any tail texture, just tells the game to show tail texture on top of custom skins, so don’t worry about your mermaid tails, even if it shows the CC tag, they are not.
Note from TSR admin: This is a workaround solution. All EA tails will show as if they are CC tails, and it will not work when using an actual CC tail.
