100% cloning machine chance plus instant adding to inventory

This mod makes the cloning machine you make from the scientist’s career have a 100% chance of duplicating an item and the added benefit of automatically adding the item to your sims personal inventory. (NOTE: this does NOT affect the duping of clones. There is still a chance that something may go wrong when cloning a sim.)

I simply used his/her mod as a reference to make it work with the latest patch of The Sims 4. If anyone wants a lower chance of success PM me and I’ll check on doing it.
