It has 3 floors.

1st floor (basement) has:
– 1 bedroom
– 1 bathroom
– home cinema
– extra space (you can build here a sauna, bedroom, or a swimming pool or just leave it as it is, that’s totally up to you)

2nd floor has:
– kitchen
– living room
– dining room

3rd floor has:
– 2 bedrooms
– 2 bathrooms
– entertainment room

It also has a really big porch, where your sims can grill, hang out with family/friends.

I have installed all Game/Expansion/Stuff packs.

How to use it in your game:
– Unzip
– Copy all files to your Tray folder. (My Documents,Electronic Arts, The Sims 4,Tray)

I had moveobjects cheat (bb.moveobjects) on, you have to turn it on too when you place the lot to get everything like in the photos. It was built in Granite Falls.
