Diva’s – Store with work room and a 1 bedroom basement apartment. Currently set up for a Bakery and Art Gallery. However, it can be easily converted for whatever kind of store your Sim’s little heart desires. This store has lots of counter space, cooler/display cases, cash register, coffee and tea machines, seating areas, 2 bookcases and 2 public washrooms 1 male/1 female. Work room has Cupcake Factory, 2 stoves, fridge, sink, art easel and sitting area. 2 exits – 1st exit out to garbage, crafting station and a large garden. 2nd exit leeds down to a 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bath. No custom content. Enjoy!

I do own and may have used anything from Cool Kitchen Stuff, Spa Day, Perfect Patio, Luxury Party Stuff, Get to Work and Outdoor Retreat. Store built prior to “Get Together” release so nothing used but will work with expansion.
