The idea of the house has grown quite a long time ago. I just waited for the appropriate sets CC.
That’s why I especially thank Irina (Severinka) and Renate (ShinoKCR) and sisters SIMcredible!.
Without your’s wonderful sets of CC this house would not have come into existence.

The house is on a rock, surrounded by water – a swimming pool where you can swim and fish.
On the beach there is a basketball court, grill, and a confectioner’s stand.
