This is a two stories modern style house that I build on Newcrest.
Masonry, concrete and wood panels are the principal materials that give life to the building’s facade
You’ll find the same mix of materials on the different rooms of the house, but different colors, I always prefer to mix dark tones with clear and some primary colors
Also wood and stone floors are a point to pay attention
This house is designed for a large family, It’s complete and has all the best for a fun-filled life

First Floor:
– Open Hall with tall walls and stairs to the second floor
– Study area and living room on a split level, very modern with clear light and colors
– Big Kitchen with all the facilities, next to it, the dinning room
– A beautiful master suite with a cradle
– Bathroom
– Porch in front and in the back of the house. You’ll find comfortable furniture to relax, have a barbecue, spend some time on the pool or the backyard, everything is awesome in this house, and don’t miss the hot tub!

Second Floor:
– Girls and boys bedrooms. equipped with young modern furniture, toys and study-skill objects, Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom
– The Gym room for hard workout! and next to it a pretty balcony
